RURAL HEALTH INITIATIVE

The Stone Child College Rural Health Leadership Development Education Pilot Program is a USDA NIFA grant funded program dedicated to:

 

-educating our rural community about the development of health care services and facilities;

-improving community leaders and public health and governing offcials understanding of their roles and responsibilities related to rural health services and facilities.

PROJECT GOALS

To enhance the Chippewa Cree Tribe's well-being by enhancing the health services' and facilities' ability to address the needs of primarily low-income American Indian community members, of all ages, on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation.
